Winning Bidder Notification
The Auction Harmony system can notify guests of their winnings long before the program even begins.
In addition, they can receive an instant total of their purchases: winning auction items, retail items, fund-a-need donations or any other event purchase.
When guests are ready to leave the event, just one quick stop is needed at the check-out table to sign a final invoice and pick-up any auction items
Guests who do not receive a handheld device may stop at a Bidding Kiosk to view their wins and purchases or simply wait for an invoice to be delivered to their table a few minutes after the close of the auction to see what they’ve won.
Merchandise packing
Moments after the close of your auction our staff swings into action and works with your volunteers to pack each guest’s winnings and stage them in the designated pick-up area. The pre-packing process dramatically speeds check-out and ensures that guests are able to collect their winnings in record time as they exit the event.
Payment
The Auction Harmony payment platform allows you to accept all major credit cards at your event as well as checks and cash with a full audit trail. Our robust guest payment system allows you to split payments across any combination of credit card, cash or check. Guests may also split purchases among themselves if they plan on sharing a win together. Our system is not only flexible - it's fast. We're able to make changes to a guest's purchases and put an updated invoice in their hands in seconds.
