Our innovative Touch Screen Bidsheets replace the traditional paper and pen bidding process. These touch screen devices prompt the bidder to login using their assigned bid number then navigates them through our simple bidding process. After a few quick touches a guest can place their bid and be on their way.
Bidders have the opportunity to place a maximum bid if they wish. By placing a maximum bid, a bidder enters the highest amount that they are willing to pay for an item. The system will use that amount and bid against other bidders on that item until the original bidders maximum amount is reached. Bidders can place one bid and be confident that they will get the item for the best price possible and that they will not exceed the amount they are comfortable with.
When the auction closes, all the devices automatically stop the bidding at exactly the same time. Winning bids are instantly entered and the packing crew can begin seconds after the auction closes.

Our handheld bidding devices provide a pocket-sized, touch-screen electronic device to guests for use throughout the event. These devices allow guests to make donations, browse and search the full auction catalog, place bids, check bid status, and even receive notices when they have been outbid.

Paper Based Barcode System
For organizations that are more comfortable with a paper based silent auction we have a solution. Upon arrival bidders receive a sheet of personalized barcode stickers. When they are ready to bid on an item in the silent auction, bidders simply peel off a sticker and use it instead of writing down a bidder number. Bidding is quick, accurate, and fun.
