Venue Walkthrough
A small overlooked detail can change the momentum and flow of an entire event. Your personal Auction Harmony Event Coordinator will work with you to examine and address your venue's unique challenges and opportunities prior to your event.
As part of the venue walkthrough our staff will conduct a wireless network survey to ensure that our event-day network covers all the required portions of the venue. We also work with you to examine your event layout and crowd flow during the event to ensure that our systems seamlessly handle your guest registration, auction close-out, and guest check-out.
