Event Manager

  • Guide client organizations through the event process – from signed contract through post-event debrief, including creating volunteer guides, timelines, and participating in venue walk-throughs

  • Be the primary contact and expert-on-call for your assigned client organizations, including training users on best practices of working within our systems

  • Event-day onsite lead, directing both Auction Harmony colleagues and organization volunteers

  • Full-time position with varied hours (some nights and weekends required; occasional travel

Event Assistant

The Event Assistant is a full-time position with varied hours including night and weekend hours required during seasonal busy stretches; occasional travel. This is an entry level position with excellent opportunity for future development.

  • Fundraising Event Related Responsibilities:

    • Event prep work in-office

    • Assist Event Managers with client work as needed

    • Event days – work onsite with guests, clients, and volunteers

  • Office Responsibilities:

    • Maintain inventory

    • Event logistics – may include freight/shipping, travel arrangements

    • Customer service support calls

    • Running errands

    • Assist with social media

Junior Software Developer

  • Work with other members of our engineering team to maintain and develop both internal and external software systems used by both clients and colleagues

  • Be the primary contact and expert-on-call for your assigned client projects and products

  • Event-day onsite technical lead responsible for deployment and operation of our technologies as well as directing Auction Harmony colleagues and client staff or volunteers

  • Full-time position with varied hours (additional night and weekend hours required during seasonal busy stretches; occasional travel)
